Dear Rootchi Women,
We are all super sensitive these days, yet not always aware of it. The medicine is mindfulness—for us to notice it.
When I am in the “story” I feel anxious and fearful. When I stick to my “process” I stay open to the present moment and move forward.
The “story” is the endless information we continuously receive that creates mind chatter. My “process” is to stay with it—to just notice. To see what's going on inside, not outside. It brings me back to the now and calms me down.
